"RU Next?"
"RU Next?" is a South Korean survival reality show organized by Belift Lab and JTBC, which is a joint venture between the entertainment companies CJ E&M and HYBE Corporation.Starting June 30, 2023, the new girl group survival show "RU Next?" will air every Friday at 8:50 pm (KST) on JTBC. The show has 10 episodes and will be available on AbemaTV, Netflix Korea, JTBC, and the HYBE LABELS + YouTube channel.Throughout the show, trainees are put through 7 competitions and practice various skills in order to be selected for the debuting group's final lineup. The producers of "RU Next?" emphasized that this program will take on a much different concept from 'I-LAND', featuring a total of 7 competition rounds based on the following themes - potential, expression, genre adaptability, professionalism, distinctness, creativity, and star quality.
